Cochon Volant Blanc Pays d’Oc IGP - Château de Caraguilhes

The funny flying pig adorns a white wine that is rather untypical for the region, and which benefits from the fact that the previous owners renovated a large part of the Caraguilhes vineyards. With the Viognier from the northern Rhône, they planted a grape variety that was previously almost unknown in the Corbières. In terms of aroma, it helps the somewhat more muted local variety Grenache Blanc along, which adds volume and elegance. Here, every ingredient is allowed to do what it does best, and together they create a wonderfully harmonious, Mediterranean white wine that combines the freshness of the fruit with power and finesse.
