The high-quality grapes from our white wine SANKT VEIT Riesling dry was hand-harvested, carefully vinified and refined to a high-quality Riesling with expression, aroma and racy body. This multi-layered Riesling has a typical aroma of citrus and vineyard peach. The SANKT VEIT Riesling dry presents itself with its elegant fruit and tingling acid as a true gemstone of winemaking. The grapes of our SANKT Veit series were expanded in four expressive variants: the quality wines Cabernet Cubin dry, dry red and dry Riesling and a German Prädikatswein Samtrot Auslese. The grapes grow on old vines in the best locations, where they could enjoy the most hours of sunshine during the wine year and where the soil harmonizes well with the cultivated grape varieties. Due to the yield-reduced cultivation and careful hand-picking, an outstanding must quality is achieved. The optimal reading time guarantees a pure, authentic and full bodied bouquet. All this gives the SANKT VEIT wines a distinctive and intense character. All SANKT VEIT wines are made with a lot of craftsmanship and great experience typical of the variety and partly matured in oak barrels.
