Daydrinking White - Weingut HörnerWith the winery Hörner Daydrinking White comes a first-class white wine in the swirled glass. It offers a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. The bouquet of this white wine from the Palatinate region enchants with nuances of lemongrass, cherry blossom, acacia and quince. If we trace the aromatics further, vanilla, black tea and cocoa bean are added. On the palate, the Daydrinking White from Weingut Hörner opens pleasantly dry, grippy and aromatic. In the finish, this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of honeysuckle and apple show through. Vinification of the winery Hörner Daydrinking White The elegant Daydrinking White from Germany is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Daydrinking White is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. After the wine is finished, the Daydrinking White is carefully harmonized.
