Grauburgunder Cuvée Pauline - Karl Pfaffmann

The Pinot Gris grapes for this wine, which is named after Markus Pfaffmann's youngest daughter, were allowed to ripen on the vine for a long time. The wine thanks you with intense aromas of flowers, pear, Cox Orange apple and peach. These are complemented by the caramel and vanilla notes that were added to this complex play of aromas by aging in wood. With plenty of juiciness, depth and intensity, this Pinot Gris is a revelation not only on its own but also as an accompaniment to food.
