After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Food Pairing for the Zweigelt Rosé from Leth Enjoy this rosé wine from Austria ideally moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C as a companion to leek tortilla, cod with cucumber-mustard vegetables, or chickpea curry.
