After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Gris Blanc Vin de Pays d'Oc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
