Bindella DOCG - Tenuta Vallocaia

Bindella DOCG - Tenuta VallocaiaBindella DOCG - Tenuta VallocaiaThe Tenuta Vallocaia Bindella is a top-class red wine that reveals a wonderfully dense, ruby red color in the glass. At the rim, there is also a color transition to garnet red. Swirling the glass, this red wine shows a high viscosity, as evidenced by strong church windows on the glass edge. In the glass, this red wine from Tenuta Vallocaia offers aromas of roses, complemented by toasted wood, forest berries, and cherry. The Tenuta Vallocaia Bindella presents itself pleasantly dry to the connoisseur. This red wine is never coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine in the premium sector. Thanks to the balanced fruit acidity, the Bindella caresses the palate with a soft feel, without sacrificing freshness. In the finish, this matured wine from the Tuscany region finally delights with beautiful length. Once again, hints of rose are apparent. Vinification of the Tenuta Vallocaia Bindella The starting point for the top-class and wonderfully powerful Cuvée Bindella from Tenuta Vallocaia are Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino, and Mammolo grapes. After hand-picking, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. Here, they are selected and gently crushed. Afterwards, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation process concludes. Food recommendation for the Tenuta Vallocaia Bindella This red wine from Italy is perfectly suited as a wine for a variety of dishes but is also a pleasure to drink on its own.
