Tart, nutty, slightly tobacco-like and light woody scent with restrained, yet fresh yellow fruit and yeasty aromas, vegetable notes, a hint of bacon and mineral tones. Ripe, firmly woven, juicy fruit, plenty of grip and a fine bite, yeasty tones and aromas of partly candied nuts on the palate, lasting, quite dense, a certain power and depth, fine vegetable tones in the background, a little salt, also spice reminiscent of caraway and a little cardamom, delicately sweet melt, very good finish.
