The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. At its end, Negru De Dragasani Sec can further harmonize on the fine lees for 21 months.
