In the finish, mineral notes of the limestone-dominated soils join in. Vinification of the Syrah from Vallarom The basis for the balanced Syrah from Italy are grapes from the grape variety Syrah. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After manual harvesting, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled. Serving Suggestions for Vallarom Syrah This red wine from Italy is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to veal escalope with beans and tomatoes, boeuf bourguignon or stuffed peppers.
