Only the best grapes were used for this exceptionally powerful single-varietal wine from Nuova Cappelletta. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in large wooden vats at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
