Vinification of the Rouge from Vignobles Jaubert The balanced Rouge from France is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by aging. Food recommendation for Vignobles Jaubert Rouge This French wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to veal boiled beef with beans and tomatoes, goose breast with ginger red cabbage and marjoram or ossobuco.
