The grapes for this red wine from Spain, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the powerful Viña Romita Crianza Rioja is aged for several months in French and American oak barrels.
