The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Coastal Region. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of shale and sandstone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for 18 months in oak barrels.
