The Spanish white wine shows itself in an appealing straw-yellow color with green highlights. The Lesegut Blanco convinces with a fragrant and intensely fruity bouquet of ripe gooseberries with vegetal nuances and floral hints. On the palate, this white wine from Spain is full-bodied and aromatic with a well-structured body accompanied by a subtle fruit acidity. The opulent fruit is followed by a peppery finish. Vinification of the Vintage Blanco After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and the resulting must is pressed after a short standing period. The resulting must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, this wine is left to age on its lees (Sur Lie) for another four months.
