Once again, hints of pear and lemon emerge. Vinification of the Obikwa Obikwa Moscato This elegant white wine from South Africa is made from the Moscatel grape variety. After harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the press house. Here, they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is completed with several months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
