Villa Cordevigo Bianco IGT - VillabellaThe Villa Cordevigo Bianco from Villabella shines golden yellow in the glass and caresses the nose with fresh aromas of crisp apples, green plums, pineapple and citrus fruits. This bouquet is rounded off with grassy notes, which this cuvée owes to the Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, this Italian white wine is full-bodied and tangy with floral notes. The finish of the Villa Cordevigo Bianco is characterized by mineral nuances. Vinification of the Villabella Villa Cordevigo Bianco This cuvée is vinified from the Garganega and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are allowed to over-ripen in crates to achieve a greater concentration of fruit. This wine is matured in French oak barrels, in which part of the malolactic fermentation also takes place. To give this wine the finishing touch, it is refined for 3 months in the bottle.
