It offers a wonderfully bright, ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose of this Apulian red wine impresses with notes of ripe red and black fruit, such as blackcurrant, sour cherry, plum and blackberry. If we trace the aromas further, a little cinnamon and a hint of cloves are added. On the palate, the Never say no to PRMTVO starts off wonderfully dry, full-bodied and aromatic. On the finish, this youthful wine from Apulia finally impresses with its considerable length. Mineral notes from the limestone and clay-dominated soils are added to the finish. Vinification of the Never say no to PRMTVO Primitivo - Young Poets The Never say no to PRMTVO Primitivo from Italy is made from grapes from the Primitivo grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Apulia. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. It goes perfectly with involtini, braised peppers, grilled chicken or vegetable couscous with beef meatballs.
