The nose is caressed by opulent cherry fruit, with the bouquet alternating between ripe black cherries, cherry jam and dried cherries. Vinification of Vigna Morlongo Bardolino Classico In the hinterland of Lake Garda, on the moraine hills of Cavaion Veronese, the vineyards are home to the Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grape varieties, which are traditionally used for Bardolino. After harvesting and maceration, the wine is matured for 12 months in large wooden barrels and then further refined in the bottle.
