Vinification of the original Merlot from Barton & Guestier This powerful red wine from France is organically vinified from the grape variety Merlot. After harvesting, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the original Merlot is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. Once the wine is finished, the Original Merlot is gently harmonized.
