Vinification of the Cabernet Blanc QbA from Winzergenossenschaft Meissen This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Cabernet Blanc. Only the finest grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Winzergenossenschaft Meissen. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Cabernet Blanc QbA can harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
