Vinification of the Cuvée weiss Hoch von Sprungkraft The elegant Cuvée weiss Hoch from Germany is a cuvée pressed from the grape varieties Cabernet Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Muscat, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off. Once the wine is finished, the cuvée white high is carefully harmonized.
