This German wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the upper price range, this German wine naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need residual sugar. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
