Sine Qua Non Distenta II Syrah

This royal majesticity is a palace dance group comprised of nothing less than a wild 82.9% Syrah, 7.5% Grenache, 3.9% Mourvedre, 3.4% Petite Sirah and 2.3% Whites (1.5% Muscat and 0.8% Petit Manseng). Here only 16% of the fruit was whole cluster fermented. For some reason, one I don’t really fully understand, Syrah is more quickly or more strongly impacted by the stems.
