Sauvignon Blanc - Cheval d’Or

The grapes for the Cheval d'Or varietal wines come from France's largest and oldest vineyard, the Languedoc. The Romans had already planted vines in the former French province on the Mediterranean coast between the Rhone Valley and the Pyrenees. In total, the southern French wine-growing region now covers almost 300,000 hectares of vineyards. With its diverse soil formations and the Mediterranean climate, the Languedoc offers the vines ideal growing conditions. As a fresh aperitif, with crisp salads, seafood and light fish dishes
