A beautiful and typical regional introduction to the world of Burgundy. Aromas of yellow apple, grapefruit and lemon meet dried spices, hay and nutty notes. The proportion of new wood gives the wine a beautiful oak note and solid structure. Very soft and elegant, light melting, but still present with fresh acidity and plenty of minerality.
