Cool nose, intense herbal, spontaneous, spicy apple, ripe citrus notes (lemon zest and even lemon candy) and warm stone. Clear and delicately juicy, invigoratingly fresh, strong body with backbone and even power, very expressive, spicy apple (Cox Orange and Boskoop), a variety of slightly tart herbs, warm stone and a light citrus note, slightly astringent, rich in extract, complex and very dry, towards the end there is also a slightly salty minerality in addition to the stony minerality, which remains herbal and tart with lemon zest in the finale.
