Vinification of the Sparkling Secco from Weingut Dr. Koehler The elegant Sparkling Secco from Germany is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Kerner, Müller-Thurgau and Riesling. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
