Charpentier Réserve Brut The balanced J. Charpentier Réserve Brut from France is a cuvée vinified from the Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grape varieties. In Champagne, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and gently broken up. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines.
