To the nose, this Reh Kendermann rosé wine shows all sorts of strawberry jams, raspberries and strawberries. The B by Black Tower B Rosé can rightfully be described as particularly fruit-forward and velvety, having been vinified with a wonderfully sweet flavor profile. On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied rosé wine is wonderfully light. In the finish, this youthful wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of raspberry and strawberry show. When the perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for the B by Black Tower B Rosé are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to pear-lime strudel, almond milk jelly with lychees or baked apples with yogurt sauce.
