Clear and delicately juicy, this wine exudes so much fruity joy, like the scream of school children at the start of the summer holidays, it reminds me of the warm summer days of my childhood with the cool orange juice in my hand, fine orange with sponge cake and some stone fruit, all very much fine and insistent, the body appears slim and almost weightless, floating in the mouth, lively and refreshing at the same time, delicate fruity sweetness with calm fruitiness, it is just there, elegant in its appearance without being loud, simply relaxed and charming, balanced structure, quite intense, even the emerging saltiness on the palate doesn't change it, deep and complex, the ripe orange also dominates the finish, who wouldn't want to lie in the sun on Capri?
