This Château Thieuley white wine reveals all kinds of apricots, lemons and pears on the nose. On the palate, the Sauvignon from Château Thieuley opens pleasantly aromatic, fruity and balanced. After the harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in concrete and small wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the elegant Sauvignon is matured in oak barrels for another 12 months.
