After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the winery of Vinhos Justino Henriques and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by aging in used wooden barrels for several years. The blending is done exclusively with wines that have been aged in oak barrels for at least 5 years.
