Very cool nose with notes of iodine, citrus, mirabelle plum, and orange biscuit. Clear and delicately juicy, lively and fresh with drive, firm body, ripe mirabelle plum with a tart herbal note, pastry, bitter herbs, saltiness, slightly astringent, a light extract sweetness emerges in the finish.
