Domaine de l'Ecu Classic Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine AOC 0,75 ℓ

Classic expression of Muscadet, interpreted in a biodynamic key, obtained from pure Melon de Bourgogne grapes. Following the soft pressing of the grapes, there is spontaneous fermentation and aging on the fine lees in underground cement vats. At the glass it shows a bright straw yellow. The nose has a setting played on notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and iodine which anticipates a savory and dry palate, with a beautiful freshness. Ideal companion for fish carpaccio, seafood or crustaceans, it proves to be an excellent aperitif.
