Meticulous winemaking begins with manual harvesting into small boxes, followed by gentle pressing in a pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for 36 hours at a controlled temperature, followed by aging solely in barrels for 19 months. Tasting reveals a bright gold-green color, with silvery reflections. On the nose, purity merges with precision, offering lightly toasted spicy notes that evolve into flint nuances. In the mouth it shows a pronounced freshness combined with a balanced flavor.
