Casebianche Vino Spumante Dosaggio Zero La Matta Sui Lieviti 0,75 ℓ

The La Matta Integral Sparkling Wine from Casebianche originates from the Vigna Bianconuova, in Torchiara, in the heart of Cilento. It is obtained only from Fiano grapes, pressed whole without destemming. The must is divided into two parts: one proceeds with fermentation to give the base wine, the other is used as a liqueur de tirage for the second fermentation that takes place in the bottle. Unlike the traditional traditional method, this sparkling wine does not go into disgorgement but is offered intact on its natural yeasts. It appears in the bright straw yellow glass and opens to the nose with notes of citrus and aromatic herbs. The taste is creamy and fresh, good to drink, satisfying and thirst-quenching. This sparkling wine proves excellent in the company of appetizers and first courses based on fish. Excellent with sushi and raw fish in general.
