Casale del Giglio Chardonnay Lazio IGT 0,75 ℓ

One of the best known varieties of international white berried grapes - Chardonnay - meets the Lazio region of the Agro Pontino. Casale del Giglio, a winery located in the Le Ferriere area in the province of Latina, signs the union on a dedicated label. It consists of only Chardonnay grapes, harvested in September and vinified in steel. Each step is taken care of with extreme care, in order to keep the expression of the fruit intact. It is bottled at the beginning of the year following the harvest. The straw yellow hue is intense and vivid. Banana, yellow peach, jasmine and acacia honey define the bouquet of this intense white also in the taste, well balanced between softness and freshness. Fruity echo persists. Ideal if paired with chicken with vegetables.
