This process contributes to stability and a harmonious aromatic profile.Tasting notesTo the eye, Saia shows an intense ruby colour. On the nose, scents of red fruits, spiced notes and ripe fruit are perceived. Depending on personal sensitivity, hints of vanilla from the ageing in barriques may emerge.
