Paladin Venezia DOC Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso 0,75 ℓ

The Refosco di Paladin was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Annone Veneto, in the province of Venice. It is produced entirely with Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grapes, carefully harvested and selected by hand. A 10-15 day maceration to develop the aromas is followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. It has a bright ruby red colour. The nose opens with an intense and pleasant bouquet of blackberry and blueberry. On the palate it is velvety and harmonious, with elegant and soft tannins. Perfect to accompany red and white meats, this wine is ideal with medium-aged cheeses.
