The Blanc d’Àmfora by Can Rich is an organic white wine produced at the Can Llaudis estate. The Moscatel Grano Menudo grapes come from vineyards close to the sea, on loamy and slightly saline soils that give the wine minerality and tension.The winemaking process involves the exclusive use of terracotta amphoras to enhance the varietal and territorial characteristics, with a six-month aging period that develops elegance and complexity without the influence of wood.On the nose, there are notes of white flowers, rose petals, candied orange peel, and honey. On the palate, it is round, fresh, with a slightly salty and bitter finish that reflects the influence of the coastal terroir.Excellent with seafood crudités, fresh cheeses, or first courses with aromatic herbs.
