The grapes for this blend grow at the foot of a steep slope with a wide variety of soil types. The wine strikes a beautiful balance between the opulence and fragrance of Roussanne and Viognier on the one hand, and the freshness and fruit of Chenin Blanc and Verdelho on the other.
