Augustali Terza Nota Terre Siciliane IGT Bianco 0,75 ℓ

The Terza Nota white wine by Augustali is born in vineyards located in the district of Bosco Falconeria, in the center of the Gulf of Castellammare. It is produced with Catarratto and Vermentino grapes, which are vinified off-white in thermo-regulated steel tanks. The refinement takes place in the same containers, followed by 3 months in the bottle. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it reveals aromas of yellow flowers, honey and pastries to the nose. The sip is fresh and has good structure and persistence. This white wine is perfect to accompany seafood cuisine and white meats.
