Vines were first planted in the Ayler Kupp in the 1950s. These old vines produce highly concentrated and finely aromatic berries. The peculiarity of this vineyard is that during the day the heat does its work on the hot stones and the cool air is drawn up the mountain, causing the temperature to drop noticeably. This interplay between the scorching heat of the day and the cool night is the secret behind the intense aromatic character of the wine. The wine from the Ayler Kupp impresses with aromas of passion fruit and gooseberries on the nose, accompanied by a juicy glaze. On the palate, acidity and fruity sweetness alternate harmoniously and create a wonderful drinking flow.
