Colli Vicentini Torre dei Vescovi Prosecco DOC Extra Dry 0,75 ℓ

The Extra Dry Prosecco of the Torre dei Vescovi by Colli Vicentini line comes from vineyards located in the Vicenza area, in the heart of the Prosecco DOC. It is produced entirely with Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank at low temperatures, according to the Charmat method, with the use of selected yeasts. This Prosecco Extra Dry is characterized by a pale straw yellow colour and a fine and lively perlage. On the nose it carries fragrances of Williams pears, accompanied by delicate notes of narcissus flowers. In the mouth it is fresh and soft, with a good balance. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with delicate fish dishes and shellfish.
