Cantina La-Vis Trentino DOC Pinot Nero 0,75 ℓ

The Trentino Pinot Nero di La Vis is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Lavis and Giovo, in the province of Trento. It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in the last week of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine ages for 5–6 months in French oak barriques before being bottled. This Pinot Noir has a pale ruby red colour. The nose opens with intense aromas of cherry and morello cherry, enriched by pleasant hints of red berries from the undergrowth. On the palate it is delicate and fruity, with well-smoothed tannins that accompany towards a full and pleasantly long finish. This red wine is perfect to accompany red meat and game dishes.
