The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into limestone soils. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery immediately. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After it is complete, the Sauvignon Teramara can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
