Champagne Apanage Blanc de Noirs by Pommery is an exclusive Champagne, composed entirely of black grape varieties. Obtained from a careful selection of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes from the prestigious terroirs of the Montagne de Reims, where the elegance of the region's great crus is enhanced. After aging on the lees for 42 months, the wine acquires complexity and aromatic depth, maintaining the Brut dosage to enhance the balance between freshness and structure. It has a pale gold color, with slightly amber reflections, enriched by a fine and persistent effervescence. On the nose, delicate floral notes of acacia flowers and peony emerge, which blend with hints of plum and ripe strawberries. On the palate, an elegant creaminess is perceived, with flavors of acacia honey, pear, red fruits and a touch of sweet spices.
