Casa Grazia Vi Veri Sicilia DOP Cabernet Sauvignon 0,75 ℓ

Vi Veri red wine is produced by Casa Grazia, located near Lake Biviere, in the province of Caltanissetta and managed by Maria Grazia Di Francesco. The wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested in the second decade of September. The grapes undergo de-stemming, to then be vinified with a fermentation of 8 days at a controlled temperature, during which short and frequent pumping over is carried out. Aging takes place in French oak barriques for 12-15 months. Garnet red in color, on the nose there are aromas of flowers, tomato leaves and green pepper, blackberries, cherries and plums as well as roasted coffee, chocolate and carob. On the palate it is warm and structured, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish. Ideal wine for stewed red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
