Vinification of the Tokaji Late Harvest Fulop from Füleky This balanced dessert wine from Hungary is made from the Furmint grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Tokaj Hegyalja. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into loess soils. After harvesting, the grapes are swiftly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and large wooden casks at controlled temperatures follows. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in oak barrels.
